Got involved in a car crash with someone else the driver of this car stopped to see if I was ok and waited for police and an ambulance before he left never got to say thank you so hopefully he sees this.

This driver pretends (shouting and claimed to be police) to be police to get you to pull over while another driver attacks your car. Either works with these groups that pull people over to steal their cars or his one doggy cop working with them. Be aware
