Inappropriate speed approaching a junction to try and cross the junction before the traffic lights changed to red. In the event, despite speeding they still didn't make it to the junction before the lights changed and nearly hit a pedestrian in the process, only avoided because the pedestrian took evasive action and got out the way during the green man
