I don't watch Top Gear normally, but I find this quite amusing.
I don't watch Top Gear normally, but I find this quite amusing.
It was seen flytipping in the Tower Hill area, near Parthings Farm, on 28 January at around 2:30pm. Incidents like this costs the taxpayer money to clear and ruins our lovely countryside, but together we can catch those responsible.
