Ignores parking restrictions and blocks multiple people in car parks without any consideration. This car blocked 3 gym users yesterday and was left for at least 20 mins. You should not be driving if you are going to park like that, with no consideration to other road users whatsoever

Moron driver.
I was joining the A27 from the Emsworth services. Another car moved leaving the inside lane clear. Started to join and this driver decided to swerve to the inside lane, forcing me to slow down and drive back into what little remained of the slip road.

How do you get around parking on double yellow lines? This idiotic driver tried to do so by parking on both the pavement & the double yellow lines.
Well done Kelly Communications working on behalf of BT OpenReach for blocking a pedestrian pavement instead of parking legally 20 yards further back!

This guy was texting whilst driving up to his destination (the Queens Head Pub). He was driving incredibly slowly, wobbling about in the road, and seemed to be totally oblivious to his ridiculous behaviour.
He literally couldn't wait 30 seconds until he got to the pub and didn't batter an eyelid at nearby pedestrians signalling him to put the phone down (because he wasn't looking where he was going).
This was in Inmans Lane, Sheet.
The car was a White Nissan, 12th May 2018 at about 5pm, being driven by a bald idiot texting and not looking where he was going.

This car has been in the same parking space for 4 or 5 mouths now and it's been blocking our Neighbours parking space, and yesterday they had to park on the other side of the road to get there shopping in and our road is a busy road so it was hard for them.
