Just turned up in Randalstown, Northern Ireland 31/01/2017 doing the same thing - very pushy. 1 man comes - even if you say no he calls the 2nd man in the van over and the 2 of them go at you trying to sell you generators and tools you dont want. He said he'd sell it for £800, then went to £425, then said £300, even when I said I'd absolutely no interest he then said make me an offer and its yours - Possibly stolen?
Tailgated a learner driver for a mile or so, overtook as soon as they hit a 30 zone, and in the face of oncoming traffic, leaving them stuck on the wrong side of the road. Classy.
