The driver of this 2mvlogistics vehicle hit my car whilst driving on a road he should not have been using as it has a 2m width restriction on it. However, in his accident report he claims his lorry was stationery and it was me who drove into him. Unfortunately with no independent witnesses there seems there is not a lot I can do.

Absolute maniac. He attempted to pick up my son on the way home from school. My son had never met him before. He keeps heavy drugs in his car and sometimes I see him outside my house doing donuts on my lawn.

Had the miss fortune to be passed and then follow driver this evening. On 4 separate occasions he executed manoeuvres that demonstrated his impatience and total disregard for other people's safety. Twice moving out onto the opposite carriageway and into the oncomming traffic in an attempt to save himself seconds. Then straddling the centre of the road in the face of oncoming traffic so that he could issue abuse out of his passenger window at a cyclist. If he carries on he will cause a serious incident. If you know him please tell him his attitude stinks, and for the sake of humanity to hand over his licence to the authorities.
