Van has turned up at mine several times for parking ticket. Clamped car. Clamp angle grinded off after van left. MARSTONS. Driver RICHARD JAMES SHUTTLEWOOD. A 1 man ltd company RJE ENFORCERS LTD. My assumption is that he might employ others to assist. Contracts to Marstons. Speaks with north notts accent. Bailif cert expires oct 2016. Issued notts county court.

White van driving like an absolute nutter, cutting me up forcing me to brake hard when he had no space to cut into, then overtaking on a 30mph road on a bend at 7am this morning heading towards Romsey, Hampshire. Tailgating vehicles too. Wish I had taken a photo!

Outrageous driving! I was driving down a 40mph zone he overtook me not realising there was a barrier in the middle of the road making him go onto the otherside with oncoming traffic. He was atleast going 110mph. It was a White Ford Fiesta which looked modified.

Arrogant and dangerous, wreckless driving over the northam bridge in southampton. Be cautious around this aggressive and naive driver. To old to be driving like this, surely she has kids who need her and not to be killed in a feud with a lorry driver
