Nearly caused an accident outside Cardiff magistrates’ court (oh the irony) cutting across two lanes of bumper to bumper traffic without even looking, seemed to just expect everyone else to give way. Very suspicious that the gov.uk vehicle tax check website shows this car as having an MOT as it doesn’t look roadworthy and the driver doesn’t look old enough to have a licence.

Provino labelled white van passing cyclist ridiculously close. They started shifting over towards the cyclist while overtaking. Surprised they didn't knock the guy off.
