Hit and run driver. White van man. Rammed a number of parked cars in Dagenham.

Dangerous driver - drifting all over white lines that an oncoming vehicle from other direction had to brake and swerve to avoid. Then as I am in left hand lane at roundabout to go straight on, they are in right hand lane and swerve last minute into my lane to also go straight on
