The guy driving this vehicle blocked traffic on the wrong side of the road and verbally abused a bus driver for daring to stop to pick up passengers. He then followed the bus half a mile so that he could verbally assault a passenger at the next stop. He looks about thirty but with the skin and build of an OAP- based upon his behaviour and visage, I would guess he was high on crack (this is a sincere assessment).
