Old boy who needs to retake his test again. Doesn't feel confident committing to a 30mph speed limit and travels at 1/3 of said speed limit causing an obstruction.
Got out of his vehicle to 'have a word' with the driver and then sat at a red light intentionally obstructing traffic in some petty revenge thing.
Needs to surrender his license and take his test again, see if he's still capable of handling a vehicle to the required level - I don't think he can.

Adding to the comments my husband has made, let me express my disappointment at how what was meant to be the best night of my life almost ended up a nightmare! Every other shop was closed. Thank goodness Gavin's mate Nigel was on hand to deliver the necessities in his M4 Competition Package. Thank goodness for that lovely charming man.
