Idiot driver. Arrogant enough to park in a busy bus stop during rush hour for approx ten minutes, blocking legitimately parked driver behind him while his wife "pops into Sainsbury's". Can only assume he kept his hazards on during this time to draw attention to his lack of driving ability since there were numerous spaces available, however these would have required the ability to parallel park.
From the look of him, SPELLING the word parallel would have been a stretch.
