This parent is constantly parking illegally in a primary school area, on pavements and double yellow lines. Once almost reversed into a child when reversing off this exact pavement. Admits she can't park/ drive her own car and is abruptly rude when confronted.

Idiot goes into the ASL on a red infront of me . I then proceed to move away and he tells me not to get in his way . A few choice of words were exchanged . He doesn't obviously follow the rules of the road and with this attitude will cause an accident one day . His insurance needs to go up .

Prick drove straight towards me forcing me on pavement. And he is a cabbie aswell. Private Hire. Dunno what cab company but am waiting for police now.
