Any approach upon your person in a perceived threatening manner should be dealt with accordingly. If he ends up on his arse then so be it - he should not be acting with such menacing intent around members of the public going about their lawful business (including filming from in a publc space).

Abusive driver trying to squeeze in after they were in the wrong lane, then proceed to engage themselves trying to get me to pull over for a fight. Something wrong this company if they maniacs!
