Tailgated me for some distance as I was sticking to the 40 mph speed limit , which completely blinded me due to her headlights beaming in my mirror. Absolutely stupid

In addition waiting in car with Engine running (The Act enforces rule 123 of the Highway Code, which states: "You must not leave a vehicle’s engine running unnecessarily while that vehicle is stationary on a public road.")
Kindly do not drive like an idiot at 90-100MPH on the A3 and then tailgate others who respect the speed limit.
And yes, you really were going that quick. You have a noisy exhaust, but that was only noticed AFTER you were seen speeding - so none of that 'my car sounds fast' nonsense.
The roads are a transport network, not for you to take your chav-mobile out for a joy ride.
