Poor. Impatient. Overtook cyclist when unsafe with insufficient room, with plenty room available within 30 seconds. Cyclist had to swerve to avoid being hit. Car got stuck at lights 1 mile later anyway, thus the overtake was entirely pointless.

Pulls out from the inside to the outside lane while doing 55mph without looking almost causing an accident with a car coming behind him at 70mph.
Then sits in the outside lane doing the same speed (including over a roundabout) despite there being NOTHING next to him in the inside lane!
Completely oblivious!
