When i first layed eyes on this car recently driving towards Manchester i immediately thought the owner of the plate was a victim of registration fraud/theft. But alas after a quick check it became apparent, he has downgraded to a Mazda. So with a swift drop down into 3rd i left this young rapscallion in a cloud of my Prius's Bio fuel smoke.
