'Two witnesses gave statements to the police. He was CHARGED with 3 offences: 1) Failing to Stop at the scene of an accident; 2) Failing to report an accident; and 3) Dangerous Driving. The case was due in court December 2012 but the driver did a deal to avoid the case progressing and pled GUILTY to Careless Driving and was fined £200 and given 3 penalty points. Pitiful punishment as given the intent shown he would likely have been found guilty of the original charges had the case gone to court.'

Saw this car booting it down my little neighborhood. Reving his engine to what must have been 7k revs, surprised his engine didn't detonate. Absolutely gobsmacked
