On the 31 of October, the owner of this car had drove at a high speed onto the pavement and had rammed into a young male, teenager aged 16/17 to fall off his bike and hit his head on to the pavement. As the male fell off the driver and another male had came out of the passenger side and held the young male on the floor violently.

The bmw did no wrong read the high way code scum buckets he probably passed the white line at lights before it turned to red and there is no yellow box junction ?
