This is now a white CITROEN DS3 DSTYLE + 2013.
I was driving along Bowerham Road by The Fox and Goose where there are roadworks and traffic lights. The lights were on green and I had moved over to go past the roadworks when JJ02JGJ pulls out and comes towards me and I had to get out of his way when he should have looked, seen me approaching and waited.
Okay the road he came from (Kempton Road) may not have been controlled by the traffic lights but that doesn’t give motorists pulling out from Kempton Road onto Bowerham Road right of way.
BUT THEN THIS JUNCTION HAS A LOT OF MOTORISTS PULLING OUT FROM KEMPTON ROAD ONTO BOWERHAM ROAD WITHOUT GIVING WAY. ESPECIALLY GOLFS AND FIESTAS.

The plate (J50 JDL) was actually from a Skoda Favorit they used on the Carlympics Challange, Not from the Maserati
