this lady with blonde hair and glasses, drove her car on Harrogate Rd BD10 , near to Eccleshill Swimming Pool, at the red roadworks traffic lights. Cars are stationary for approx 6 minutes. this not mean you can leave your cars engine on and hold an doperate illegally your mobile phone, i was shocked to witness the blatant illegal use. First texting, then turned around in our seat and passing or showing the said mobile phone to the rear passengers.
You are dangerous and should be fined and points
the best bit is there was a police car marked 3 cars behind who filmed this on dash camera

Pulled up beside this car at some traffic lights, realising I was in the wrong lane I planned to set off fast and pull in front, but this car set off so quick I didn't have a chance! worst part is that it is a clio, no idea what engine this has but I drive an Audi A3 which isn't slow!
