guy rear ended me 05/11/22, approx. 10:50pm on the Junction of Kings Avenue and Atkins Road, SW4 8DF. collision caused a cut in my rear bumper. he got out the car and said: ‘ahhh if my car’s scratched I’m gonna be upset. and nah it’s alright’ and gets back in. I call him back out: ‘no - you cut the bumper. look.’ We we’re in heavy traffic. He then says to pull over: ‘pull over to the side I’ll give you my number and we’ll sort this out.’ Then he shoots off through a red light. Thankfully I manage to get his reg. damage on my vehicle attached.
