Fairways, Bargoed, Hasn’t a care in the world for disabled people and people with prams. He’s always either parking his taxi on the pavement or his council truck. Arrogant man who Dosent give a flying monkeys basically.
Lives around the corner but won’t park it in his driveway or outside his own house.

This man parked on a double yellow and a bend obstructing the view of an oncoming car which nearly hit my 4 year old. I told him he shouldn’t be parking like this then he aggressively shouted at me in front of my young children telling me that it was my fault for not looking where I was going?? I explained that the only reason my child wasn’t hit was because in fact I WAS looking where I was going despite his van obstructing our view. He was aggressive and rude and unrepentant.
