In Oxford ring road 1 pm 21/09/22 paper sign saying NHS in window. Driving dangerously close behind as I slow for red lights then dangerously overtakes and cuts up. Not in keeping with decency let alone NHS.

Pervy little red van man driver, speeding, tailgating and harassing vehicle in front. This was between Bolton-le-Sands and Morecambe.
He overtook aggressively in Hest Bank almost going into an island in the middle of the road so going the other side to pass. Later, overtakes by the golf club in a 30 zone doing over 40 and speeding off towards the town.
