Prick in a BWM starts slowing down next to me on the M3.
Turns out he was playing with his phone down below the steering wheel, blocking me in the inside lane, paying no attention to what he was doing, which was driving.

Driving down the road - a main road at literally 12mph, no attention whatsoever. Then the police want to get by so what does he do - just stops dead in the middle of the road blocking their way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Driving like an absolute idiot. Overtaking cars in a 30mph area into oncoming traffic, swerved in behind a car and sat right on the bumper of it.
