Illegal plate.
Clearly a VW Polo. Checked the reg as I was curious what engine it was. Ran the plate and it shows up as a Triumph Street Triple Rs motorcycle.
For anyone checking this and saying it could be WHA, the image is a bit blurred but I saw what the plate said as it passed me. Go ahead and run it as WHA and see what it returns - that isn't a VW Polo either.

If you’re going straight over at the roundabout don’t indicate right in the right lane then cut across at the last minute. When turning left indicate left so people know where the f*** you’re going and pick a lane and stick to it. LEARN TO DRIVE PROPERLY!!!!
