don't know how to drive in all fairness I do see this car often and it absolutely makes me think how do these people get their licenses I seen him nearly run over two girls from William Hulme grammar sixth form one hijabi midget and another taller one

Sitting at a junction in lane 1 (forward only) waiting for space the other side of a yellow hatched area in an HGV before proceeding. Just as I start to proceed and have entered the hatched area, this prick, along with another, comes flying up lane 2 (right turn only) and cuts in front, forcing me to brake hard and block the hatched area.
