This person in a Ford Focus is sat at a junction. It's a left turn only. There's many many many many times when there's no traffic coming from their right nut nope they sit there holding up traffic behind them as they wait on god knows what.

Overtakes on a Dual carriageway, Only to drop down to the speed in the left hand land and try to merge into the side of a car, only to then swerve nearly into the barriers and speed up and do the same to a car up ahead. Nice one
