Parked near a junction whilst also blocking the pavement. Good luck pdestrians espeically anyone with a pram or wheelchair - you'll be forced into traffic on a blind spot.

Doesn’t spell anything and does nothing to improve the look of the car with German style characters. Personally the illegal spacing ruins cars.

Whilst the driver was found to be negligent I do think you could have handled this situation better.
. The wall to your right creates a blind spot for both the driver and yourself. I would have slowed down in order to better anticipate the driver's speed, distance and direction.
All in all I think the design of that layout invites risk. Some will no doubt argue otherwise. I also cycle. As for Mr. Blue van man.. perhaps you should concentrate more on what's in front of you instead of arguing with other people?
