Seen locally on 2 occasions this week driving olike a bat out of hell through the town close to local schools at drop off and pick up times. Will unfortunately probably kill some else as well as himself if he carries on like this :(

Saw this driver in park royal today at 11:45 using his horn violently on central park in front of a residence if he continued I would have called the police ... I will still continue to ckntact the police as a nucenace
