This person reverse parked onto front of my car. Nothing in front of them as end of row. Dont understand how they did not feel their impact on my car or see how they had parked after they got out of car. They Caused damage to my car.

Found this plate in the road. Tried to "insure" it to find out what car it is and if I can return it to the owner but it's an invalid reg!

Courteous drive let me out in a queue of traffic where everyone else just pulled up I front of me blocking my exit.
