Pedestrians must walk on the road. Blind people and wheelchairs are inconvenienced by this poor pavement parking. Mothers with prams cannot pass the pavement. Read the Highway Code and go back and take your driving test again. You certainly won't pass your driving test if you just touch a pavement, regardless of pavement parking.

BSM Driver Trainer. Driver plus one occupant. Jumped a red light by crawling forward passed the line and up to the junction. Then drives off when the Pedestrian green man is on.
It is now apparent how Minicab drivers get their driving licence so easily.
