Saw this prick parked at Tesco in a disabled bay which I needed as my mother is disabled. He was on the phone having a chat with no disabled badge displayed. I politely asked for him to present me his disabled badge. Instead I received abusive language and threatening behaviour.

This person did the exact same thing to me and my husband! He nearly ran us off the road and into the small swineshead roundabout at about 15:15! He was driving like an idiot!!
