Looking at the rear video the vehicle position never altered, a competent driver would either have tapered their speed and wait until there was a gap on oncoming traffic they had no intention to provide the required overtaking space as stated in the Highway Code. This is classed as careless driving on section 3 of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
If you look at the front video at 09.32.14 there is a shadow of myself and the vehicle, there is no lens distortion, this clearly shows the gap was only 20cm.

Driving on country roads, this wally takes that hill that you can't see over at speed & edges slightly over to my side of the road. Ok the guy missed me but passed that close & fast I thought for sure my front corner was going to take the impact of this speedster.
