This is a common problem throughout much of England. It's a symptom of a government that has systematically let too many people into the country, and done absolutely nothing about the problem of those born overseas, or born of culture/religion. A government that has gone out of its way to force people off decent, clean and reliable public transport and into cars. A government that doesn't give much of a toss about clean, safe and sustainable cycle routes. So in the end we get schools taking their own measures. All I can suggest is raise the issue with the school and the police..at the very least, they will not have the excuse of not being informed of the nature of the problem. Then join others to lobby parliament so that it has to get off its arse and change the law to make it much harder for these people to do what they do.

I have the misfortune of living near this chav.
Every day without fail they thrash the engine whilst cold until you can hear the rev counter hitting the limit. As an experienced mechanic I am expecting to hear the engine and gearbox combust any day soon.
Somebody is going to need a engine rebuilt very soon, hopefully they'll come my way for a quote :)
