Mercedes pulled out in front of me, almost hit a van taking a turn at a junction too wide and swerving all over. Probably drunk

This van pulled out into my lane completely cutting me off with warning. I had to slam the breaks on but I could have easily drove straight into the back of it if I'd taken my eyes of the road for a moment. The driver seemed to be completely careless.
Happened on Hucknall Lane just heading out of Bulwell towards Hucknall, at about 5.25pm on 9th May 2023.
