I figure you are all intelligent enough to realise the 19 squished together like that with the 9 being in an illegal font looks like an A.

This moron is sat on the M61, in the middle lane, with not another car anywhere near him, he was flashed to move over, which he did, then immediately moved back into the middle lane, he isn't fit to drive on UK roads.
