Purposeful tailgating in the form of harassment through Torrisholme getting extra close to the rear of a law-abiding motorist in front who honoured the speed limit (20 mph). It was obviously harassment as the driver behind was trying to intimidate by driving so close.

The woman driving the vehicle was dangerously and trying to take over when it was not safe to do so. I had my kids in the car and the lady was swearing as she unsafely overtook.
