Saw this driver in park royal today at 11:45 using his horn violently on central park in front of a residence if he continued I would have called the police ... I will still continue to ckntact the police as a nucenace
This driver races down the outside lane before cutting in without signalling. They then run a red light, stop in the middle of a large roundabout, before cutting over 2 lanes to take the first exit.
