I have the misfortune of living on the same street as this driver and have witnessed her poor driving on multiple occasions. She drives far too fast right from the offset despite the road being narrow and lined with parked cars on both sides and having two blind bends in it. Her vehicle is a black people carrier.

This car has been parked in our private car parking bay since weds 6th July and is still parked there. We have nowhere to park our car. This is on broughton manor malton north yorkshire
