This prat pulled out from a side street (not even a side street. It's an alleyway that leads to a couple of workshops, a row of 4 terraced houses and the backs of the streets either side) without bothering to stop for the car that just passed me going the other way or for me. Luckily for him, I managed to stop before running into him and interrupting the call he was making on his mobile at the time.
