Said troll blames the driver's actions on the cyclist for not shoulder-checking. Yep, you read it here and it's in the comments section of the video blow. Does it therefore surprise those of us with reasonable intelligence to learn that Sean Sean often loiters around cycling video's, hating on cyclists?
