Absolute fucking melt. Average 30mph in a national speed limit, went as low as 25. It's a clear, straight road and perfect visibility. There is no excuse to be that slow. Check the highway code, you're causing an obstruction and if you don't have the ability to drive over 30 you shouldn't be behind a wheel.
