White Van Man Stops for Nobody
The "People and Places" Ford Transit 100T280 van YS 62 MVH stopped on and was obstructing this pedestrian crossing on Blackpool Promenade. I had originally noticed him doing the same thing on a previous crossing. "How's my driving? Call 0845 601 3382" "www.placesforpeople.co.uk"
The Mercedes Sprinter Virgo home improvements van KN 61 FBX firstly had not got a clear sight line of the crossing because of the bad positioning of the Transit van, and secondly was going too fast to stop. He appears to be looking at his mates newspaper rather than at the road ahead.
Both drivers deserve penalty points before they injure or kill someone.
The redesign of Blackpool Promenade has not helped this

incredibly aggro driver; actually sped up to block drivers from merging onto the dual carriageway!! he could have easily moved over or eased off to allow drivers to merge!
