I was reversing out of a disabled space there was a car waiting patiently for me to complete reversing but the driver of this van was so impatient decided to overtake the car and would not wait for me to finish reversing and I nearly hit him the then carried on driving like an idiot

This guy thought that driving two feet from my rear bumper is going to make heavy traffic move quicker, total idiot, probably haven't even got a licence. A 'crash for cash' scammers dream to have a muppet like this behind you. The TC in the licence plate stands for Total ****.

Saw someone driving this vehicle (silver transit with black glass door) on July 4th 2015 at 02:00AM in the blackwall northbound tunnel.
The driver was erratic and couldn't stay in their lane, they were harshly breaking in corners too. I could not safely overtake in my lane...(at the speed limit). I think the driver was under the influence of drink or drugs...or falling asleep at the wheel. Definitely should not have been on the road.

This vehicle was driving dangerously in Northumberland and overtook me on approach to a blind bend during extremely wet weather, driver almost lost control of the vehicle and clearly has no regard for the highway code.
