I was out on a bike ride with my son at the bottom of Oliver’s Mount and this maniac was in the oncoming lane and swerved at us doing a minimum of 65 mph in a 25 mph zone, looks like this guy has already had numerous collisions due to the rear bumper being stoved in, get people like this off the road. I’ve reported the Reg to the North Yorkshire Police
