Spotted and reported driving through Colne, Lancs, overtaking multiple rows of traffic during rush hour and in a 30mph limit. Caused an accident by forcing cars onto the curb and refused to stop to give details. Karma will come his way soon.

The 'lady' who drives this car is a nut-nut. Driving very erratically on Kingston by pass, then when I had the gall to point out her driving attitude reversed her car into mine at the lights. Followed her to get number plate and she did it again and then sped off when I got out of my car. Reported to 1-1-1 and they weren't interested. A bully who hides behind her car
