This driver is named Marcus C and is letting other people to drive his car. One of the people that he has let drive is named Jack Whatmough who has not got a full license and is not insured on the car. I know both of these people and have witnessed it many times. Tonight the designated driver let Jack drive still no full license and is not insured. I am sick to death because many people above the age of 30 have to pay premium insura'ce bacuse of these young drivers. THIS MUST STOP

I was behind this corsa and noticed that it was going over the speed limit of the road. I was going 30mph on the road in which is the speed limit and this corsa was going at least 60MPH. This driver needs stopping before he kills someone.
