This was driven through Manchester like it had been stolen, some little chav in a baseball cap that hammered it through a 20mph zone at about 50, over speed humps like they weren't there, maybe it's his dads, but either way the short arse shit couldn't drive.

As I attempted to over take this van it veered over to the other side of the road and then braked dangerously, blocking my manoeuvre!!
After I managed to get past he drove on the wrong side of the road, presumably in an attempt to stop the car behind me getting past.
A few tips for the driver of this van:
* In the UK we drive on the left.
* Let people pass you when you’re doing 35mph in a 60mph zone.
* Use your mirrors!!

Tale gated me for a while and then when he did get past he Brake tested me,this was on the A184 iat Whitemare Pool near Gateshead at around 19.30 on 22/07/2019.
Really dangerous driving and the guy shouldn't have a licence
