I am in overtaking lane as I need to turn right, dangerous wet and rainy conditions this cement lorry flashing me and then dangerously undertaking putting me and others at risk, predictably I catch up with him anyway at the next lights so all that selfish aggressive recklessness for nothing. Registered in Borehamwood. Occurred in Oxford
