Without being picky the police do not/cannot give permission for a road closure only the county council can give permits to....in some cases the district council as well.
You only notify the police to make them aware more than anything...
Look at the name of the comment which says the owner of this car must be a prick by default because he drives a Lamborghini and then you'll discover you've been trolled.
basically ye i waas just going to work in the mmorning on september the 11th and then i ust see this car fly into two twin towers and i was like wtf!!!??????????
