The guy on the bike.. you're an absolute tit; one who should be fined. You were clearly NOT in full control of that bike - many times your head was looking down, at others you had no hands on the bars. It's not just you that is put in danger, by the way: decent cyclists and drivers can also be put at risk because of some lemon thinking mixing is more important than being crushed to death or causing others to suffer the same. Your thinking distance is like your common sense: practically nill.
