Why would you park in a disabled bay in a Porsche. You would need a crew to get you in and out if you had a physical disability. If he this driver is abusing the system. Lets name and shame

“Elite Roofing” van just backed into and physically moved a parked vehicle when trying to manoeuvre out of a junction.
Then just drove off.
Several witnesses but apparently you think it’s acceptable just to f*ck off and say nothing.
